“This journey. My journey.. The path I choose…”

Thank you for finding My Divine Compass. The way I choose to see it, you’ve been guided here. I hope you find what it is you are in search of. The search can be long. The search can be painful. The search can be passionate, exhilarating, and breath taking. Don’t forget to stop and look around every once in a while.

My search, my deep soul desiring search, began in 2009 full force as I was just getting out of a relationship. Synchronicity became my middle name as signs presented themselves to me around every corner. I dove deep into books, into spiritual teachers, into myself.

I dove deep into myself. Say those words out loud…

My successful career as a Registered Dental Hygienist began to fall into the background as my spiritual self began to rise. I became a student again in everything, focusing in the healing arts.

2011-2012 I became a Certified Mind Body Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, Life Coach, with the forefront of it all in Spiritual Studies.

2014 I chose to get certified as a Health Coach because our food system is crap (literally) and I felt the internal pull to share information with others.

2015 My husband and I with our daughter traveled in our RV for 8 months in search. in search of.. in search of more inner depth to our lives. This is when My Divine Compass, LLC blog began. If you look back, you will find some of my writings relating to this very time.  My Divine Compass stands for my intuition from Spirit/Source/God.  Allowing Spirit to guide me.

2016 We settled back into our home state of Arizona and I opened my yoga and coaching business. (Now, I only teach private lessons and to private groups upon request.)

2016- I also started hosting Sisterhood Weekend Retreats and began sharing various online programs which are both my primary focus now.

2017 Something called to me. My Divine Compass, my intuitive communication with Spirit told me that MDC is “Bigger than me”.  Literally, that was what I heard in my heart.  “Reach more women, gather your tribe and have them help.  There are women out there who need what we have to offer.”

This website is in service to YOU.

The women here sharing pieces of their authentic selves on MDC blog are my tribe. At 41 years old, its taken me a while to gather them, but we found each other and my heart is grateful. I hope parts of your soul resonate with all of our writings and our passions.

Please, take a look around MDC.  Choose to stay a while and enjoy.

Blessings & Namaste,
