Description

*Yoga Hour…linking breath, body, and our intention in the practice. This class will have elements of hatha, vinyasa, and kundalini inspired styles of yoga. We will build heat from within by linking breath and movement, while building strength and flexibilty through creative sequencing. Every class is unique to allow us to become stronger, more flexible and centered. Class is lively and thoughtful with precise alignment cues that allows all levels to be guided, inspired, and rewarded with a deep relaxation at the end of class.
