Class Descriptions
๐ŸŒŸ Kundalini - Hatha Yoga Inspired: balances and strengthens our energy, nervous system, physical body, and mind, connecting us to our soul! Step into a transformative โ€œI Canโ€ practice that releases self-limitations and builds stamina and mobility. We will balance the body and mind through meditation, breathwork, and chanting, to calm and improve focus. Leave feeling lighter and deeply connected. 

๐ŸŒ™ Yin to yoga Nidra: weโ€™ll explore gentle, supported yin postures held for 1ยฝโ€“3 minutes, allowing the body to soften and release. In the final 20โ€“25 minutes, weโ€™ll transition into a guided Yoga Nidra, a profoundly restful meditation that rests between waking and sleeping โ€” accompanied by the soothing sounds of chimes. Yoga Nidra helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and cultivate rejuvenation from the inside out.

๐ŸŒ™ Yin Yoga: We begin class by directing the breath and setting an intention. Then we slow down and release tension with Yin Yoga. Using props for support, we hold gentle seated and supine postures for 3-5 minutes, targeting fascia and energetic pathways. This quiet practice is guided by inspirational readings and insights, creating deep relaxation and surrender. 

All levels are welcome! Modifications will be offered.

$100 10-class Shared Pass (expires in 90 days)

*All passes are non-refundable, transferable, or can be frozen.

Private Yoga Sessions

Do you desire a one-on-one or private group session?

Private sessions are fantastic for those seeking:
- better posture, balance, flexibility, stamina, or strength
- recovery tools from an injury or chronic pain
- develop a foundational practice

A private group session is excellent for:
- celebrating an individual or event
- building camaraderie
- learning coping mechanisms
These can be adapted for work, school, or family environments.

Dawn will work with you to curate the session to meet your needs. She has been serving communities since 2003, doing all the above.

Rates to Meet You Where You Are
$75 per hour for one student
$100 per hour for 2-6 students
Each additional student is $15
