Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be locked when class begins.
🌟 Kundalini Yoga: Step into a transformative “I Can” practice that releases self-limitations and builds stamina, mobility, and strength. This class balances the body and mind through meditation, breathwork, and chanting, calming the nervous system and sharpening focus. Leave feeling lighter and deeply connected.
🌿 Hatha Yoga: A beautiful balance of effort and ease, Hatha Yoga enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. We will move the body with the breath through forward folds, backbends, twists, and gentle inversions. The focus is on alignment while finding a sweet spot to connect to spirit. Each session includes pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and a relaxing savasana.
🌙 Yin Yoga: Slow down and release tension with Yin Yoga. Using props for support, we hold gentle seated and supine postures for 3-5 minutes, targeting fascia and energetic pathways. This quiet practice is guided by inspirational readings and insights, creating deep relaxation.
🪑 Kundalini Chair Yoga: No need to get on the floor—this class is for everybody! While seated, we engage in movement that lubricates the joints, stimulates the lymphatic system, and strengthens the body and mind. Expect to feel refreshed and energized!
All levels are welcome! Modifications will be offered.

Do you desire a one-on-one or group session?
Private sessions are wonderful for those seeking:
- better posture, balance, flexibility, stamina, or strength
- recovery tools from an injury or chronic pain
- develop a foundational practice
A private group session is wonderful for:
- celebrating an individual or event
- building camaraderie
- learning coping mechanisms
All of these can be adapted for work, school, or family environments.
Dawn will work with you to curate the session for your specific needs. She has been serving communities since 2003 doing all the above.
Rates to Meet You Where You Are
$75 per hour for one student
$100 per hour for 2-6 students

Awakening Kundalini Yoga Class

Cleanse the body and mind to connect to where and how you are. This style of Kundalini Yoga
is accessible to all. We will move the body to stimulate, circulate, and stabilize our energy. We
direct the monkey mind by utilizing breathwork or chanting. You can expect this class to be
playful yet challenging, simple yet powerful.
The classes move the body, voice, and mind in a way that nourishes the organs, nervous system, and immune system. They help us feel light in the mind, grounded in the body, and connected to our soul. You will leave feeling more joyful!
Experience is optional but not necessary for practice. It is done from seated, supine, and standing positions. Modifications are offered. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and block (optional). Do not eat heavily for at least 1 ½ hours before practice. Bring water.
Dawn Shanthi DiVita has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2003. It was love at first try! She
has been teaching this style since 2016 and is a student of teacher Gloria Latham.
